Letchworth Festival - September 2009:-

Once again stevenage town mini's were invited to attend the Letchworth festival a great way to get the season of to a good start and with the weather with us it turned out to be a great day for all involved.

There was some great rugby played at all levels from the u7's right through to the u12's , However a special mention needs to go the the u10's who on the back of last season at the Isle of wright brought home yet another piece of silver ware.Not to be outdone and with some great rugby played the u11's did not allow any team to score a try.There was some great team work from passing to tackling with the new players fitting in without a problem. The u11's won all 3 games, 42-0 against Cambridge ,33-0 against Letchworth and to round up a great start to the new season they won 38-0 against Datchworth.From all of the coaches well done and keep up the good team spirit, and to all the teams keep up the good work and hope the season goes well for you all.
